We are seeking a highly capable and motivated Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Raleigh office, with the potential to grow into a Department Head role. The ideal candidate will be a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) who demonstrates strong initiative, technical expertise, and leadership potential. This role requires an individual who can function independently, contribute to project execution, and support the development of a high-performing team.
The successful candidate must be able to independently develop and manage fee proposals, review technical work, mentor and train junior staff, and produce high-quality project deliverables. Proficiency with relevant design software and technology is essential. This individual will represent the firm in interviews, client discussions, and technical meetings, and must be comfortable communicating about project scope and technical challenges. While there will be no direct reports initially, the role requires a collaborative leader who is committed to sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and helping to grow the team and its capabilities.
This position is not defined by years of experience but by demonstrated initiative, capability, and relevant experience in building design and project leadership. We are looking for someone who is ready to take ownership, lead by example, and contribute meaningfully to the continued success of our Raleigh office.
