Job Description
The Salesforce Developer will play a key role in the implementation of software development efforts, including coding, configuration, maintenance, installation, testing, and debugging, as well as managing timelines and producing technical documentation. They work with users across business verticals to enhance the operations of Field Service processes in Salesforce. They also work closely with IT architects, developers, system administrators, and product owners, and will be an active participant in getting projects completed. They will partner with a 3rd party vendor to understand the current implementation and will gradually take over responsibilities. They will be responsible for managing tasks and projects using Jira, following agile methodologies with 2-week sprints. They are expected to take initiative, be creative and innovative, drive effective process designs, and share ideas.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3-5 years experience with salesforce core platform from a development capacity (Experience with Apex, LWC)
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
• Experience configuring and maintaining Salesforce Field Service
• Previous experience with a Salesforce Field Service implementation
• Jira and Agile experience
• Great communication and ability to collaborate with dynamic teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
• Salesforce REST API or SOAP API experience
• MuleSoft integration systems experience
