Job Description

Responsibilities:
Coordinate with 1st shift management to review production goals, part counts, and any shift-to-shift issues.
Supervise a team of 56 CNC operators and programmers, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Oversee machine loading/unloading and basic maintenancemachines are largely self-sufficient, similar to automated systems.
Monitor machine performance and make recommendations for maintenance or improvements.
Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
Support team members with troubleshooting and problem-solving on the floor.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications:
10+ years of CNC experience, including hands-on programming.
Experience with an ERP system preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
Strong understanding of various machine types and brands.
Exposure to 5-axis rotators is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-output environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
High level of intelligence, initiative, and work ethic.
Interest in personal and professional growth through hands-on projects and learning.
Self-motivated and eager to learn.
Strong communicator and team leader.
Passion for manufacturing and continuous improvement.
