We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our growing team in Holly Springs. This role will focus exclusively on services procurement, particularly the processing of contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs) for contract employees supporting our greenfield site operations/project. This is a hybrid role, with an alternating 3-day on-site schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage contracts and SOWs for service providers and contract employees.
Review requisitions and generate purchase orders (POs) for services using enterprise procurement systems.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant contract execution.
Manage vendor submissions and candidate tracking through Smartsheet.
Process and track POs, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budget controls.
Support high-volume contractor hiring initiatives, particularly during project ramp-up phases.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all service contracts and purchase orders.
Liaise with finance and end users to resolve PO discrepancies and ensure timely payment.
Assist with administrative tasks related to contractor management as needed.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

3+ years of procurement or contract administration experience, preferably in a biotech, pharmaceutical, or large-scale manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience with purchase order systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Jaggaer, Coupa, etc.).
Strong understanding of services procurement and contract lifecycle management.
Experience supporting greenfield projects or large-scale site buildouts with high volume contractor onboarding.
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience using Jaggaer for PO processing.
Familiarity with Smartsheet for vendor and candidate tracking
