Job Description

The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for the preparation, operation, and monitoring of equipment used in the production of pharmaceutical products. This role ensures that all processes are carried out in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations.


Responsibilities:
• Set up and calibrate manufacturing equipment.
• Ensure all materials are available and meet quality standards.
• Operate and monitor bioprocess equipment such as bioreactors, filtration systems, and chromatography columns.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Execute bulk manufacturing processes including cell culture, protein purification, and formulation.
• Monitor production parameters and make adjustments as necessary to maintain process efficiency.
• Conduct in-process testing and inspections to ensure product quality.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all manufacturing activities.
• Adhere to GMP, GDP (Good Documentation Practices), and safety protocols.
• Participate in safety training and ensure a clean and safe work environment.
• Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth production flow.
• Assist in the training of new employees.

Required Skills & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline preferred.
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a related field is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to operate and troubleshoot complex manufacturing equipment.
