Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and responsive Administrative Assistant to support our TME teams. The ideal candidate will excel in calendar management, travel booking, expense handling, event coordination, and team note-taking. This role requires a proactive individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide support at the director level or higher.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner and support TME teams in daily operations.
Manage calendars efficiently, ensuring all appointments and meetings are scheduled accurately.
Book travel arrangements and manage itineraries.
Assist with expense reporting and reimbursement processes.
Coordinate and manage events, ensuring all details are handled meticulously.
Take notes during team meetings and distribute them as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have Qualifications:

-Proven experience in calendar management and event management.
-Highly responsive and able to handle a fast-paced environment.
-Experience supporting director-level or higher management.
-Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
-Proficiency in Concur or similar tech- for expense management.
-Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
-Ability to take tasks away from management and execute them independently.
