Insight Global is looking for a Digital Partnerships Manager for a publishing client in Charlotte, NC. This role will lead relationships with digital publishers and vendors, managing contracts, onboarding, and content integration. The manager will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate digital content ingestion and support marketing strategies based on customer insights. They will also oversee digital operations, resolve publisher issues, and guide internal teams using data-driven recommendations. Prior experience in digital publishing, partnership management, and team leadership is essential.

5-7 years of experience in digital publishing, content partnerships, or library technology.
Strong knowledge of digital content formats and library systems.
Proven ability to manage external relationships and lead cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with tools like Oracle, SplashBI, or Google Analytics.
Demonstrated success in collaborative, multi-stakeholder environments.
Prior experience in a supervisory role is highly preferred.
