- Strong expertise in Jira for project tracking, Kanban board management, workload monitoring, dashboard customization
- Reporting using metrics and analytics (need to be able to tell them all the ways they can generate)
- Advanced hands on experience using Jira for project tracking and team activity monitoring
- Availabilty to log and monitor and analyze team hours against past ends timelines
- Create and manage kanban boards tailored to workflow stages and project leads
- Expertise in building and customizing Jira dashboards for executive and team level vteam-level
- Strong experience in generating detailed reports, including workload, tickets, team performance metrics
- Skilled in using jira filters (JQL) to extract irrelevant data and reports,
Familiar with confluence integration to document finding and trends and progress update
