Insight Global is seeking an Network Technical Systems Analyst to join a customer in the Charlotte, NC area for a contract to hire opportunity. This resource will ensure all aspects of clients internal and external client IT network and applications related products. Youll implement installation process, provide real time support post implementation. This resource will coordinate the pre-networking support of install teams to ensure successful go-lives and serve as the technical resource for the support team! Any escalations for point of network applications, communication, device will be sent to you. This is an Australian based company and this resource will need to occasionally take meetings after 5PM!
Responsible for requesting, setting up, testing VPN/Remote access, and maintaining network system related documents.
Works with customers and other team(s) to ensure timely hand-off and successful integration of network and Servers into hospital environments
Acts as a point of contact for Service Team member as a resource on IT technical trouble-shooting issues. o Servers: AWS Cloud Servers, Virtualization, HL7, Firewall Gateway, Managed Switches
Deployment, administering and maintaining production servers, databases and network infrastructure on Datacenters/Cloud environments
Creates, updates, and maintains system configuration documents and service records
Responsible for assisting installation IT teams and field engineers with troubleshooting and network installations
Provides product/administrative/application support to end users o Network troubleshooting o Interface VLAN membership o Switch configurations and Routing

- 3-5 years of network/IT infrastructure/systems analyst experience
- AWS Cloud infrastructure experience
- Microsoft SQL database experience
- 3+ years of Microsoft software and hardware experience
- Certifications: at least one of the following A+, Server+, Security+, Cloud+, Projects+
- Must be comfortable working 5 days on site
