We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing baseline KPIs and SLAs for our QA teams, refactoring user stories and manual tests towards automation, and assessing the effectiveness of current manual test scripts. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to report on the impact of implemented automation.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
· Identify and document the key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) currently used by each QA team to measure their performance.
· Review and modify existing user stories to ensure they are suitable for automation, making necessary adjustments to facilitate automated testing.
· Review and modify existing tests to ensure they are suitable for automation, making necessary adjustments to facilitate automated testing.
· Identify candidates for earlier test cycle smoke tests as well as for final regression tests.
· Analyze and report on how the implemented automation has affected the KPIs and SLAs, highlighting productivity gains and areas for improvement.
Deliverables:
· A comprehensive report documenting the initial KPIs and SLAs for each QA team.
· A set of user stories reviewed and modified for automation.
· Documentation verifying the correct implementation and integration of automation processes and tools.
· Presentations, guides, and manuals to educate QA team members on new automation tools and processes.
· A detailed report analyzing the impact of implemented automation on KPIs and SLAs, highlighting productivity gains and areas for improvement.
