Lead UX research projects to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations
Develop research strategies aligned with product and design goals
Apply a range of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
Analyze research findings and provide actionable insights for product teams
Collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to enhance user experience
Present research insights to stakeholders and influence business decisions
Identify opportunities for UX improvements through competitor analysis and market trends
Mentor junior UX researchers and foster a culture of research excellence

Strong expertise in UX research methodologies (Qualitative and Qualitative)
Strong experience with exploratory discovery research (Trying to better understand user needs and the whole problem space)
6-8 years of experience as a UX Researcher or User Researcher
Ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders across different business levels
Proven experience with conducting research in a B2B product setting is highly desirable
