Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Release Train Engineer to join our team at [Large Financial Client] in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hybrid work environment and has a strong technical background.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all Scrum Masters within the Agile Release Train (ART).
Ensure the successful execution of program increments and facilitate continuous improvement.
Manage and optimize the flow of value through the ART using various tools and techniques.
Facilitate PI Planning events and other key ceremonies.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including product management, to ensure alignment and transparency.
Identify and resolve impediments and risks to ensure smooth delivery.
Provide guidance and support to Scrum Masters and other team members.

Required Skills & Experience

Release Train Engineer certification is required.
Extensive experience in Agile methodologies and overseeing Scrum Masters.
Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development and delivery processes.
Banking experience, ideally with Bank of America, is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in Agile project management or a similar role.
