-Manage projects to deliver customer business outcomes for transactional and subscription projects.
-Perform overall project-level planning and lead end-to-end execution.
-Define and validate project scope, plan, and schedule for moderately complex projects.
-Track project performance to ensure goals are being met and evaluate results against success metrics.
-Drive completion of projects on time, within budget, and with high quality, while achieving customer satisfaction.
-Responsible for project metric tracking, financial management, and profitability.
-Provide vision, strategy, and alignment with business objectives to lead end-to-end project implementation.
-Provide leadership and accountability, ensuring customers and project teams meet commitments.
-Identify opportunities for additional business and provide input to presales and renewal evaluations.
-Identify risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and manage risk response plans.
-Lead the execution of contract change management processes.
-Manage project impacts by building awareness and support for change within the organization.
-Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
-Manage stakeholder relationships and execute communication plans to ensure alignment.
-Act as the first level of customer and partner concern management, working with cross-functional teams.
-Identify and facilitate communications with team members and partners.
-Manage partner delivery and commercials when third-party technical resources are engaged.
-Govern internal support and delivery for assigned regions or accounts.
-Ensure process compliance across the region.
-Conduct periodic team analysis sessions to synchronize expectations and facilitate lessons learned.
-Build Cisco's project management community by sharing lessons learned and best practices.
-Actively participate in the PM Role Community to drive continuous improvement.
-Recommend or implement changes to processes, resources, and solutions to improve productivity and outcomes.
-Manage change by identifying impacts, developing communication strategies, and contributing to training development.
-Ensure alignment between project goals and organizational readiness for change.
