Insight Global is looking for a Video Editor for one of our large companies. As a Video Editor, youll be responsible for shaping and assembling video content. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, creative storytelling, and a strong eye for detail. Youll handle everything in post-production from color correction to audio syncing all while maintaining organized project files and aligning with brand standards. Please see some duties below.
Video Editing: Assemble raw footage into polished videos. Cut, trim, reorder clips, and structure scenes to tell a compelling story.
Post-Production: Apply color correction, format videos for vertical (9:16) or horizontal (16:9) output, and make revisions based on feedback.
Soundscaping: Sync audio tracks, mix dialogue, background music, and sound effects for clear and balanced sound.
Graphics & Titles: Add on-brand titles, lower thirds, and motion graphics to enhance storytelling.
Organization: Maintain an organized file system for projects and final assets; upload deliverables to SharePoint and ensure version control.

2+ years of experience in video editing, post-production, or related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects, Photoshop a plus).
Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
Experience in sound editing and mixing.
Knowledge of formatting for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
Detail-oriented with excellent file management and organizational skills.
A strong portfolio showcasing video post-production work
Motion graphics or animation experience.
Knowledge of color grading tools like DaVinci Resolve or Lumetri.
Bilingual or experience working with French subtitles is a plus.
