Responsibilities:
Office Management: Managing schedules, attending meetings, handling correspondence, overseeing budgets, writing reports, and coordinating travel plans.
Administrative Tasks: Ordering office supplies, booking appointments, preparing for meetings, conducting research, answering calls and emails, and maintaining filing systems.
Staff Support: Assisting with HR-related tasks, keeping employees informed about company updates, and managing community outreach programs.
Event & Meeting Coordination: Organizing agendas, logistics, luncheons, and travel arrangements for executives.
Financial & Documentation Management: Handling expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking.

- 5+ years of executive admin experience or equivalent expertise
- Extensive experience with concur managing travel and calendars
- Experience with Microsoft products
- Great organizational skills and communication
