Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a fully remote Procurement Specialist for a Enterprise Supply Chain and Logistics company. In this role you will work closely with category managers to review RFP's, partner with suppliers as they submit proposals, be responsible for billing and invoices for current suppliers, auditing, working with excel data, program support and will support approving requests for new employee phones/devices.

Job Description:
Support the Category Managers in the analysis and preparation of complex data and high-spend projects
· Review complex invoice data to identify accounting and payment mistakes from suppliers
· Assist the team in ad-hoc data requests and project support
· Pull and combine spend and consumption data from multiple sources and combine them into meaningful information
· Refine intelligence out of information
· Liaise between the Category Managers and large stakeholder groups on project rollouts across the organization

This is a 100% remote position working Eastern Time Zone.

Pay Rate for this position will be between $27-$35/hr.

Required Skills & Experience

1+ years of experience as a Procurement Specialist
Experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
Vendor management experience and past exposure to working with supplier submitting RFP's.
High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
Past work experience within the logistics or supply chain industry.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Prior experience working with Oracle Fusion or other ERP's for pulling data required for reports.
