Azure Eng - Data Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a Cloud Azure Engineer with a strong background in cloud infrastructure and a specialization in data services. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in managing Azure-based data systems, including Cosmos DB, and a passion for building scalable and secure data platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Deploy, configure, and manage Azure infrastructure including VMs, storage accounts, virtual networks, and network security groups.
Design and manage scalable data solutions using Azure services such as Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, and Data Lake Storage.
Implement best practices in data availability, redundancy, backup, and disaster recovery.
Support data ingestion, transformation, and storage pipelines in collaboration with data engineers.
Monitor performance and optimize database and storage configurations.
Automate infrastructure deployment using ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments using Jira and GitHub.

Required Skills
Strong proficiency with core Azure infrastructure services.
Hands-on experience with Cosmos DB and related Azure data services.
Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or Azure CLI.
Understanding of Azure security, role-based access control (RBAC), and networking
