Job Description

In this role, you will focus on understanding technical architecture, identifying technical debt, and addressing process and data flow gaps. You will propose and execute remediation plans, ensuring that our technology solutions are robust and efficient. Additionally, you will play a key role in building out the product roadmap, not just ensuring day-to-day operations. Reporting to a senior manager, you will contribute to the strategic direction and long-term planning of our products and systems.
Technical Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, understanding the underlying technical architecture and identifying areas for improvement.
Process and Data Flow Analysis: Analyze process and data flow gaps, working with senior product leaders and engineers to implement effective solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with product peers, design experts, program leaders, and engineering partners to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Documentation: Create thorough, detailed, high-quality documentation, including technical specifications, process flows, and remediation plans.
Support Product Delivery: Assist in the delivery of digital solutions by facilitating demos, overseeing user acceptance testing, and coordinating relevant training efforts.
AI Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with AI technologies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.
AI Integration: Collaborate with AI specialists to integrate AI solutions into existing systems, ensuring they align with business objectives and risk management strategies.
AI Inventory Workflow and Management: Support the workflow and management of AI inventory, ensuring proper tracking, utilization, and maintenance of AI assets.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ total years experience with at least 2 different roles working in SDLC (Dev, BA, QA, UI/UX, PO)
1+ years experience as Project Manager
Knowledge of Agile Framework and Scrum and deep technical competence
Demonstrated expertise of identifying and mitigating risks
Experience in managing AI inventory workflow and ensuring proper utilization and maintenance of AI assets.
