Job Description

A large software and gaming company is looking for a Remote EST Video Producer to join a growing team. As a Video Producer, this person will support the production of live action, animated, and gameplay video assets in collaboration with Senior Producers, Marketing Leads, and external
vendors. This person will help manage timelines, coordinate communication between teams, and
track the production process from kickoff to final deliveryensuring schedules are accurate, goals are met, and all deliverables meet quality standards.

In this role you will
Support Senior Producers in coordinating live action, animated, and gameplay video projects.
Track timelines and status updates using tools like Wrike.
Assist with reviews, milestone meetings, and delivery coordination.
Distribute review links and gather feedback from stakeholders.
Help ensure assets pass QC and internal checks.
Keep production files and project materials organized.
Work with post-production to support final asset delivery.
Aid in scheduling and vendor coordination as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

35 years of experience in video production, post-production, or creative project coordination within live service gaming
Experience in gaming or entertainment in short form video production (IE Trailers)
Solid understanding of production workflows, including marketing asset creation and vendor collaboration.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across teams and levels.
Proactive, solutions-focused mindsetable to anticipate roadblocks, adapt quickly, and support process improvements.
Detail-oriented with a strong eye for quality; confident in performing QC across a range of deliverables.
Experience with project tracking and collaboration tools (e.g., Wrike, Frame.io,
Airtable).
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
A team player who builds strong working relationships with internal teams and
external partners.
Passion for storytelling and a drive to deliver high-quality, engaging video content.
