Job Description

· Design, develop, and implement Workday solutions, focusing on Core HCM, advanced compensation, and benefits modules.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
· Ensure the integrity and security of Workday systems and data.
· Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning.
· Stay updated with the latest Workday features and enhancements to continuously improve system functionality.


We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Solutions Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Workday development, particularly within Core HCM, advanced compensation, and benefits modules. This role requires strong communication skills to effectively interact with business stakeholders and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Required Skills & Experience

· 7-8 years of proven development experience within Core HCM.
· Extensive experience with the advanced compensation module.
· Strong experience with the benefits module.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak effectively with business stakeholders and understand their needs.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

· Workday certification in relevant modules.
· Experience in project management and leading development teams.
· Familiarity with other HRIS systems and integration techniques.
