Curtiss-Wright is seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Architect with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting a variety of technologies and requires expertise in migrating and supporting on-premises setups and cloud-based solutions.
Architect, design, and implement infrastructure solutions with a focus on Microsoft 365.
Manage migration projects from on-premises setups to cloud-based environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
Work closely with executive, site and IT management to determine business process and productivity needs and an appropriate technology strategy to support business goals.
Provide technical guidance and support to IT staff and other departments.
Conduct evaluations of existing systems and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with security protocols and government regulations.
Maintain documentation for all implemented solutions and procedures.
Communicate the role and value of the IT Infrastructure to the organization and present the business case for technology investments.

10-15 years of experience within IT in organizations, preferably with over 1,000 employees.
Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies.
Extensive experience providing application support experience with Microsoft Backoffice technologies.
Strong technical knowledge of network and desktop operating systems (including advanced capabilities such as Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, WINS, etc.).
Experience in migrating infrastructure from on-premises to cloud solutions.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and security.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with ITIL practices such as change control.
Experience with Virtualization Technologies.
Occasional travel is required.
Strong analytical skills.
Experience working in a highly regulated environment.
Advanced certifications in Microsoft 365 or cloud architecture.
Business case development.
Expertise on a variety of business and technical concepts, practices, and procedures.
Strong business acumen and technology skills.
