We are seeking a skilled Instrumentation and Controls Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling, troubleshooting, and maintaining various instrumentation and control systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with GMP standards. This role involves performing both corrective and preventative calibrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain instruments that measure pressure, flow, conductivity, weight, temperature, pH, liquid flow, and gas flow.
Troubleshoot and replace DeltaV system hardware components. Note: Programming is not required.
Participate in the calibration program, which includes approximately 15,000 instruments and averages 1,700 calibrations per month. Note: 80% of calibrations are for temperature, pressure, weight, pH, liquid flow, and gas flow.
Perform scheduled calibrations as well as unscheduled corrective calibrations and repairs
Install new instrumentation and support manufacturing and laboratory personnel in the use, maintenance, and repair of on-site instrumentation and test equipment.
Provide support for engineering and validation activities when required.
Author changes to procedures, job plans, and LOTO safety forms as needed.

2+ years calibration experience across the following: temperature, pressure, weight, liquid flow, gas flow, pH
Prior experience performing calibrations within pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
Familiarity with control systems
Experience utilizing a CMMS/WO system
