Job Description

The Application Development team of Spectrum Reach is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to serve as a lead resource for enterprise software development. The Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for producing, refining, prioritizing, and overall management of the requirements backlog as well as developing user acceptance criteria. This includes the identification and implementation of new applications, features and web technologies. You will be part of a growing development team responsible for developing industry-leading enterprise-level applications. In this role you will be a key resource for the transition to the agile development methodology currently being implemented by the team.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5+ years of experience using Agile SCRUM methodology
Experience analyzing business issues and identify solutions that meet business goals
Ability to produce clear and concise workflow documents to drive balanced solutions that consider people, process and technology components
Experience working with technical leads to refine backlog and plan sprints
Participate in PI plannings quarterly (Safe Agile)
Outgoing personality that can work directly with business stakeholders, clients, designers, developers and engineers to coordinate the building of applications to spec and on time
QA experience with expertise in manual testing of web-based software applications
Ability to create test scenarios based on user stories, application specification and interviews with developers

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with various Agile or Safe Agile framework
Certified Agile Product Owner
Experience with Microsoft Visio or Lucid
Understanding and use of universal Service bus products such as Boomi and Informatica Cloud
Solid understanding of cloud computing and utilizing cloud environments such as AWS
Knowledge and understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC): code control, build and release.
