Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Verification Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will utilize bank applications to verify customer documents and record findings. This role involves reviewing Certification of Trust documents within the OnBase application to accurately record grantor and trustee information. The results of these reviews will be compared against expected outcomes, following proper account opening procedures. Findings will be meticulously documented in an Excel spreadsheet.

Required Skills & Experience

Requirements:
Ability to read and understand English.
Above average typing skills.
Basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
