Superintendent

Day to Day:
Insight Global is seeking a Site Superintendent to support large scale construction projects around the Eastern North Carolina area. This role would support construction projects around $25 million. The ideal candidate will coordinate and supervise the work of multiple contractors, subcontractors, and vendors, while effectively communicating with the project manager, client, and other stakeholders.
· Oversee the daily activities of the project, ensuring that the work is done safely, efficiently, and according to the specifications and schedule
· Coordinate and supervise the work of multiple contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
· Communicate effectively with the project manager, the client, and other stakeholders
· Solve any problems or issues that may arise during the project
· Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and regulations
· Prepare and maintain project documentation, such as reports, logs, permits, etc.

Must Haves:
· 5+ years of Construction Superintendent experience
· Experience working on construction projects with budgets over $20 million
· Ability to manage, update and push a schedule; while coordinating trade partner work efforts.
Good communicator, works well with a project team and will work hand in hand with project manager.

Pluses:
· Comfortable working in the field and in an office setting
· 4-year degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
