One of our clients is looking for a Solution Train Engineer to join their team in Charlotte, NC to drive the successful execution of large-scale Agile initiatives at the portfolio level. You will work with portfolio stakeholders on aligning business strategic objectives and execution to support process of roadmap preparation, high-level prioritization and portfolio management. On top of that, as a key leader you will oversee multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs), facilitate coordination across value streams, and ensure alignment with enterprise strategy. Your role is critical in fostering collaboration, optimizing delivery flow, and driving continuous improvement within the organization. You will be part of the Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE), guiding product leaders, executives, and teams to develop a product mindset and achieve business agility. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding leaders through change, enhancing collaboration, and driving meaningful business outcomes. Additional responsibilities are shown below:
Lead the execution and delivery of solutions on the portfolio level
Align portfolio-level objectives with business goals and enterprise strategy
Collaborate with senior leadership, product management, and enterprise architects to optimize value delivery
Organize and facilitate process on the portfolio level
Facilitate portfolio-level prioritization and decision-making
Build deep and impactful relationships with Engineering, Product and Team leaders to influence change and to partner on agile delivery at scale
Support Product Managers, and key stakeholders in using proven techniques for effective backlog management, incremental delivery focused on outcome
Capture portfolio flow metrics to support relentless improvement
