Job Description

A large software and gaming company is looking for a REMOTE EST Production Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting Publishing Producers in planning and executing marketing campaigns. This person will schedule and coordinate meetings, take detailed notes, and ensuring clear communication across projects. They are comfortable with project management tools, such as Wrike and Airtable, and have a passion for organizing and documenting processes and information. The ideal candidate is passionate about working in technology and has a history of working within marketing environments (ideally gaming).

In this role, you will
Schedule meetings as directed by the Publishing Producer, attend as needed, take detailed notes, and distribute upon request.
Support Publishing Producer in maintaining Airtable, ensuring campaign schedules are populated with key dates and tactics.
Assist Publishing Producer with Wrike and when requested, help set up projects and ensure data is properly maintained.
Maintain team workflow and collaboration documentation by keeping shared workspaces such as Slack channels and Notion organized and up to date.

Required Skills & Experience

2-3 years doing the work outlined in a fast-paced agency, studio or gaming company.
Understanding of publishing, marketing, gaming (or film), and project coordination practices.
Self-starter who approaches challenges creatively and methodically and exhibits amazing problem-solving skills daily to find resolutions.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and lead teams to perform above and beyond.
Comfortable asking questions and addressing potential issues by communicating directly with stakeholders involved.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment to meet deliverablesand even find a more efficient path forward
A keen eye for details and the ability and willingness to QC a myriad of assets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
