Job Description

Our client is looking for a Project Analyst to join the team! This role will work onsite Monday-Friday in Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities:
Reviewing work order information and interpreting scope to create documents for design
Setting up work orders in systems for billing and charging
Involved with Environmental and Roadblock identification during work order setup, to be communicated to PM and team
Will create Right of Way and Environmental documentation and packets as needed
Responsible for data management and integrity within the PM Tool including exceptions, due dates, task assignments, etc.
Will be asked to report out on workload, new work setup status, permitting status, and others in weekly meetings

Required Skills & Experience

Completed Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Mathematics, Business, or related
Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday
Proven skills in learning software and processes quickly

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Interest or past experience in the engineering or utilities industry
Desire to learn on the engineering or project management side for growth progression
