Insight Global is seeking (2) talented Fullstack Engineers with a strong focus on frontend development to join one of our global fintech clients remotely in India. This role will be within solutions engineering and will be instrumental in enhancing our internal/external client-facing applications. We are looking for profiles who are pro-active, can adapt quickly & are passionate to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of assigned stories or epics as part of the Agile process.
Follow best coding practices and develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React.js.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Product and Engineering to ensure timely delivery of features.
Own 100% of unit test coverage and defect ratio below 0.5.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Node.js for backend services.
Design and manage PostgreSQL databases to ensure data integrity and performance.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain cutting-edge.

4+ years of hands-on MERN Stack Developer experience (MongoDB, Express.JS, React, NodeJS)
Strong experience developing web applications using ReactJS, Redux, TypeScript and NodeJS
In-depth proficiency of Javascript, HTML5 and CSS3
Proficient with Responsive Web Development with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap, Material-UI, etc
Experience with RESTful APIs design and integration
Experience with RDBMS (Postgres preferred,DynamoDB) and NoSql(MongoDB) DBs
Proficient with AWS cloud native services
Experience with Continuous integration tools (such as Jenkins), Version Control Systems (such as Git) and build tools (such as WebPack)
Proficient with SDLC processes, Agile and DevOps Methodologies
Experience developing High-Traffic, Public Facing APIs and web applications
Experience developing performance efficient and scalable solutions, secure webpages.
Strong problem solving, communication and collaboration skills with geographically distributed teams and stakeholders
Experience in the fintech industry.
Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token (JWT).
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
