Five (5) years of experience providing technical direction and project management.
Three (3) years of supervisory experience in addition to the five years listed above.
Five (5) years of experience with change management and process improvements.
Bachelors or Associate degree in Computer Science, Math, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
o Alternatively, an IT certification (e.g., PMP) with five years of experience is considered equivalent to two years of education.
Eligibility for a favorable Tier 1 background investigation for unclassified systems.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Expertise in IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, or equivalent).
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Certification.
CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification.
ITIL Foundation Certification (for IT service management best practices).
