One of Insight Global's clients is looking to hire for a Community Manager to oversee a high rise luxury apartment building in Raleigh, NC. This person will be responsible for managing the operations of the 230+ unit building including financials, leasing, safety, budgeting and personnel management. This will be a fully onsite role, M-F from 8AM - 5PM with weekend flexibility required as needed.

Yardi and Rent Cafe fluency, being able to use on day one.
Some college preferred.
Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
Position requires a minimum of 3 years on-site as a Property Manager and/or 4 years as an Assistant Community Manager.
Demonstrate ability to apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect pertinent data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and initiate appropriate course of action.
Effectively convey ideas, images and goals to a diverse group of personalities.
Must possess a positive attitude
Ability to pass background check and drug test
