-Engineer for new greenfield construction project.
-Develop criteria (mechanical) for the design of buildings.
-Provide technical support to North American Manufacturing Centers (plants) in the areas of building design and construction, including development and maintaining of building related standards.
-Act as Subject Matter Expert for industrial buildings and building-related systems as technical support for local facility groups at each site, as well as for submittals during project management.
-Utilize experience in plant planning project management, construction, and building design to ensure projects are designed and built to quality, cost, schedule, and safety KPIs.
-Provide Customer Satisfaction with proper communication and consensus with customers to support their needs.

-Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering: Mechanical
-Industrial mechanical systems experience (piping, chilled water, compressed air, etc.)
-Experience in building design and construction
-Experience in industrial buildings and building-related systems
-Experience in project management of industrial construction projects with a value of $5M+
-Intermediate level experience in computer skills (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook)
