A large Government Client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support app rationalization efforts and business architecture initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across various state departments to analyze, optimize, and consolidate the portfolio of applications and IT systems. This role will be key to aligning technology with business strategies and ensuring that the state's digital infrastructure is efficient, scalable, and cost-effective.

o Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a business analyst in an enterprise environment
o Proven experience in application rationalization efforts for enterprise level organizations
o Strong understanding of IT systems, application lifecycle management, and enterprise architecture.
o Familiarity with tools and methodologies for application assessment, business architecture, and rationalization.
o Experience with BA tools such as Jira or Visio.
o State, Local, or Federal government experience
