Insight Global is seeking an Agile IT Project Manager to join one of our top retail customers in Charlotte, NC. The Agile IT Project Manager will lead a cross functional team to ensure effective project delivery via continuous management of scope, schedule, and budget.
The project manager is responsible to work with Key Business and Technology leaders to confirm clear definition of scope, identify resource / skill set requirements, and to build a feasible project roadmap (timeline) to accommodate delivery. The project manager will promote Agile delivery processes and principles to ensure an iterative delivery approach, with focus on defining quarterly increments with clear objectives, accurately estimated work, and adequate metrics to measure success.

- Experience managing end-to-end delivery of large projects using scaled Agile principles and frameworks.
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall project delivery.
- Well-versed in building project roadmaps and PI Planning
- Experience working with a wide variety of stakeholders and complex business requirements
- Proven experience managing a team
- Experience using Teams, Jira, Clarity, Confluence, and other project management tools to manage workflow
- Expert level in Microsoft Office Applications, including Project
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
