Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Helpdesk Technician to join one of our large financial clients in the Charlotte, NC area. This person will be responsible for General IT Help Desk support, primarily phones, meeting room support and walk up. They will handle 10-20 phone calls per day, working to resolve tickets or escalate them accordingly while serving as boots on the ground for the infrastructure team out of Des Moines, IA. This candidate will be compensated at a rate between $19-22/HR.

Great Customer service skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn things quickly.
Team Player iv. Experience with and troubleshooting O365 & Teams
Experience with and troubleshooting VPN / Virtual Desktops
Experience with and troubleshooting hardware (laptops, desktops, docks, monitors, peripherals)
MacOS experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

ServiceNow ticketing system
Experience with Active Directory
Experience with Azure/MFA
PowerShell scripting and/or Power Automate experience.
