Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our largest financial client in Charlotte, NC. In this role, the Scrum Master will take on Senior Scrum Master Responsibilities to drive Train ceremonies, host PI Planning preparation and execution, supports the creation of a Program Backlog. This role is 3x onsite in Uptown Charlotte, NC.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of scaled agile frameworks such as the Scaled Agile Framework for the Enterprise (SAFe)
Strong working knowledge of using an Agile tool such as JIRA.
Track record of continued and recent education, as a presenter and learner, in Agile and Scrum, including training, conferences, user groups, self-study, etc.
Knowledge of other approaches discussed in the Agile space such as XP & Kanban
Good proficiency with Microsoft Power Point, Visio, Excel and Word.
Domain knowledge in Investment Banking/ Regulatory Reporting.
Critical thinking and Problem solving skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Scrum Master/ SAFe Certification is preferred
Prior Regulatory Reporting Experience
High level understanding of BAC Enterprise Change Standards
