A large government customer is looking for a Program Administrator to join their team. This person will be Overseeing Medicaid population health and quality reporting initiatives, including all aspects of grant and contract management, project management, and coordination with technical resources, stakeholders, and the NC HIEA business relations team. This person will be working closely with Medicaid, Department of Health and Human Services, internal leadership, and technical partners.

5+ years of Program Administration/Management experience
o Grants management, contract management, and policy creation
Experience managing a portfolio with multiple projects in it
Experience managing Medicaid or MES (Medicaid Enterprise Systems) projects within an IT organization
o Familiarity with CMS, process oversight, cost sharing, etc
Former government or HIEA specific experience
