Equity Allocations Associate for Institutional Trading-
The position is responsible for providing superior customer service for both the underlying customer base and sales force, in support of Bank of Americas global business strategies. Responsibilities include timely and accurate allocation and confirmation of Global Equities. The associate will need to establish a strong working partnership with the customer base and sales force, supporting strategic initiatives to increase same day allocation and STP rates. It is critical that the associate be detail oriented in monitoring and controlling exposure to the bank and our clients. Required Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills with emphasis on establishing and maintaining quality control procedures, and effectively liaison with external and internal parties, clients and colleagues. Desired Skills: Advanced Excel knowledge (macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
