We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AV Pre-sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the design, installation, and commissioning of AV systems, as well as proficiency in AutoCAD. Familiarity with leading manufacturers such as Crestron, Extron, Biamp, and Q-SYS is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop tailored AV solutions to include site visits
Design comprehensive AV systems using AutoCAD, ensuring all components are integrated seamlessly.
Provide technical expertise during client meetings and presentations.
Prepare detailed proposals, including system diagrams, equipment lists, and cost estimates.
Oversee the installation and commissioning of AV systems, ensuring they meet client specifications and industry standards.
Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine the best AV solutions for various environments.
Stay up-to-date with the latest AV technologies and industry trends.
Provide training and support to clients on the operation and maintenance of installed systems.

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in AV system design, installation, and commissioning.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
In-depth knowledge of AV products from Crestron, Extron, Biamp, and Q-SYS.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant certifications CTS Required
