Remote Network Engineer supporting an enterprise roll out of new technology for a financial services company. First (1st) shift but local to the time zone where the ATM technology refresh will be happening so must be flexible for 1st shift Eastern-Pacific Standard time zones. Project will be removing a legacy Cisco iOS router with multiple SIM cards and replacing with Fortinet router with updated SIM cards that is Cloud enabled similar to an SDWAN device.

- Previous Fortinet engineering experience using cloud interface and troubleshooting Fortinet products
- Router and Switch troubleshooting abilities. Remotely supporting CLI and Cloud experience
- Ability to write Network Change Documents, review documents, follow documented processes
- OSI deep knowledge specifically 1-3 layers
- Previous experience engineering deployments with ATM devices
- Background remotely removing and replacing routers
- Background supporting and coordinating with SmartHands, onsite technicians for technology refreshes
- Ability to troubleshoot signal strength, Ping and Trace, UAT test and remote configuration for new device adds
- Ability to add external antenna if location services not permitting SIM card remote access. Testing network strengths and solutioning appropriate measures to ensure consistent device connectivity
- Background writing and updating Network Change Documents, pre-change snapshots, post change snapshots and all appropriate field data collection
- Ability to read, understand, update and write BOM's, MOP's, SOP's site to site materials and scops
- ATM cellular, SIM, iOS, CATos engineering experience
- Network device deployment experience, new device loading, cloud based config technologies
