We are seeking a Senior Release Manager to oversee ongoing releases for a critical project set to launch in December. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale programs, coordinating multiple systems going live, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Release Management: Lead full release management processes for multiple applications, ensuring all aspects are on track for successful deployment.
Project Tracking: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, specifically for the QA/UAT phases across six different applications.
Defect Management: Track, balance, and close defects efficiently. Ensure a streamlined process for addressing bugs, with a focus on fast resolution and proper tracking.
Cross-Team Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration between various teams, unblocking obstacles to ensure timely execution of test plans and releases.
Scrum Leadership: Act as a hands-on Scrum Master or Project Manager, guiding teams through Agile processes to enhance productivity and focus.
Quality Assurance: Ensure thorough testing and validation processes are in place, coordinating test execution and aligning efforts to meet project deadlines.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and timelines, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in release management, project management, or related roles, particularly in large-scale programs.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of QA/UAT processes, Agile methodologies, and defect tracking tools.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects with competing priorities.
Problem-Solving: Exceptional skills in identifying issues and facilitating fast resolutions while maintaining focus on project goals.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
Certification in Project Management (PMP, Agile, etc.) or related credentials.
