We are seeking a Billing Analyst to join a team in San Antonio for a larger telecommunications company. This person can sit remote. This position is supporting a new project focused on updating customer equipment and ensuring correct billing codes, information and equipment is shut off and active. The enterprise level project is Supporting the Enterprise QA team and the High-Split project with CSG biller entries. This could include account corrections, account updates, equipment changes, and updates, and may include other duties as needed/requested. On the job training is offered and should be viewed as more of a refresher in how to work in CSG billing platform.

- 2+ years' experience working in CSG billing system
- Order entry experience
- Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft office suite
-Previous experience working for a large telecommunications company
-Previous experience working for telecommunications companies such as Spectrum, Time Warner Cable or Charter Communications
