Insight Global is seeking a Licensing Coordinator for a large wholesale insurance client in Charlotte, NC. On a day-to-day basis, this person will be responsible for running reports, processing license renewals, and overseeing that licenses are not missed or expired. Additionally, this person will communicate regularly with licensees regarding continued education requirements and maintenance of their licenses. Candidates must comfortable working on-site 5-days a week (no opportunity for a hybrid or remote schedule). The Licensing Coordinator will report to the Director of Regulatory Compliance and will be responsible for maintaining all licenses. This individual will independently manage their tasks to meet all deadlines set by the Department of Insurance.
Responsibilities Include:
Renewing all existing licenses.
Uploading all licensing data into the operating system.
Managing insurer appointments upon request.
Handling state-required affiliations.
Assisting licensees with questions about maintaining their licenses.
Procuring and renewing all necessary bonds.
Managing monthly expiration reports.
