Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Data Governance Manager to support a large financial institution in Charlotte, NC. This person will be working within a reference data management organization to support all lines of businesses across Global Markets Operations. It is vital this person has strong attention to detail, proven experience documenting technical requirements and managing progress tracking for technical and business teams. Some examples of responsibilities include managing the location of dashboards and logging reporting systems to ensure all key stakeholders have visibility into the program at a given time. Financial industry experience is not required to be successful in this role. This role will sit hybrid 3x/week on-site in Charlotte, NC

Required Skills & Experience

Proven extreme attention to detail, ability to understand technical documentation and organize information accordingly
Background in operational governance (financial industry experience not required)
Familiarity with technical data workflows (Alteryx, Tableau, SQL Server, etc.)
Able to take status updates on failures, breaks, roadblocks, and coordinate with users to ensure fixes/controls are put in place
Demonstrated ability to track progress through documentation
Ability to easily communicate/present with business and technical stakeholders, verbal and written
