Job Description

This position provides insight critical to enhancing the Information Technology (IT) departments operations, processes, and service capabilities. Analyzes technology and data to identify discrepancies or areas of improvement. Supports efforts to develop and manage technological assets. Serves as a resource on advanced analytics or technological matters, providing reports and recommendations to management. May assist in configuration management, data collection, and the development of improved based on analysis results.

Analysis - Analyzes IT processes and data to identify trends and areas of improvement. Recommends corrective actions, process changes, or technical solutions. May assist in data verification projects.
Technical Support - Performs a variety of technical tasks in support of IT programs, databases, systems, processes, or operations. Assists management with special projects and audits. May develop, support, and maintain IT Asset and Configuration Management efforts.
Technical Expertise - Provides consultative guidance to associate, management, and the department on developing tools, processes, and reporting that aids servicing capabilities. Maintains strong knowledge of new technologies and industry best practices.
Communication - Effectively communicates findings to all levels of the organization and works across teams and business units as needed to meet the needs of the department and organization.
Business Strategy - Enables strategic insight for management into IT operations, processes, and service capabilities. Provides recommendations and support for continuous improvement initiatives. Assists in the development of department policies, procedures, and standards. Effectively collaborates with other areas within IT on identifying and implementing changes.

Required Skills & Experience

Request Management Manager
3-5 years experience
ITIL Certification or heavy experience with ITIL framework from an ITSM perspective
Experience with Request Management in an enterprise level environment.
Familiarity with ServiceNow, particularly the request management module and Service Catalog.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Experience in developing and implementing Request Management strategies.
Knowledge Management Manager:
3-5 Years Exp
ITIL certification
Experience with Knowledge Management in an enterprise level environment.
Familiarity with ServiceNow, particularly the knowledge management module.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Experience in developing and implementing knowledge management strategies.
