An investment client of Insight Global based in the Raleigh, NC area is seeking a reliable and organized Personal/Administrative Assistant to support their President and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a part-time position with flexible hours and shift schedule. The specific schedule will be discussed during the interview process.
This role requires about 20 hours a week of work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the President, including managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
* Assist with basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
* Drive the President to appointments and meetings as needed.
* Handle personal errands and tasks for the President.
* Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

* Previous basic administrative experience.
* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
