A large software and gaming company is looking for an Associate Producer ,Video to sit remotely (PST hours) and assist on a variety of videos throughout the entire production process. This begins with concepts and scripting all the way through to localization and versioning. This role will work across multiple departments such as marketing, product, development and even external vendors to produce the high-quality
content Epic is known for. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, and able to multitask as needed.
In this role, you will
Team up with Production, Editorial, Sound and Capture throughout the full production of a variety of projects, including but not limited to Rocket League gameplay videos.
Own various pre-production tasks, such as: setting up job numbers, creating slack channels, collecting supporting documentation before kickoff meetings, etc.
Assist in maintaining detailed production schedules via project management tools for video content and communicate those updates to related teams.
Take notes during various meetings and regroups throughout the Production process to share with the wider team.
Be a conduit to vendors/external partners to provide production details, assets, reference imagery/video, creative briefings and deliverables.
Assist in gathering information for legal clearance of projects, running projects through photosensitivity software.
Help facilitate communication, organization, and accountability across internal teams.

-1-3 Years Experience as an associate producer or coordinator in video coming from either film/television or gaming
-Experience with Wrike, Airtable and/or Shotgrid
-Communicates well and collaborates with internal stakeholders.
-Strategic planner, someone capable of managing multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced environment.
-A self-starter who is curious and has a knack for problem solving.
-Highly organized, with excellent time management skills
