Job Description

A large software and gaming company is seeking a talented and experienced producer to join a Video Production team. This person will be

instrumental in producing high quality video assets that showcases products and experiences. This role collaborates across multiple departments from marketing, game teams, engine developers, and external vendors to produce high-quality content. This person will facilitate and drive the production of media assets including video, screenshots, and additional marketing materials with an eye for quality and creativity across

multiple projects.



In this role, you will

Own the production management of marketing videos , overseeing the entire process from

planning to final delivery.

Manage production schedules and facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners.

Collaborate closely with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders/leadership to ensure smooth

project execution for projects.

Proactively identify and address any production challenges or issues to ensure projects are completed on

time and within budget.

Facilitate internal and external content creation pipelines and collaborating with Video Finishing and

Marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of assets to their departments.

Collaborate with developers to produce video content and live show projects for live events.

Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop strategies for promoting video content across various platforms and channels.

Ensure compliance with legal, music clearance, and other requirements for video projects, maintaining industry standards and best practices

Required Skills & Experience

-7-10+ Years experience in Video Production

-Gaming or annimation/film background (with a passion for gaming Engines)

-Understands Adobe Suite

-Previous experience working in a production role where you've managed teams in the creation and delivery of complex projects - both with internal artists and external vendors with a focus on marketing videos for

gaming platforms

-Strong understanding of video production pipelines, scheduling, and project management.

- Experience with screen and gameplay video capture techniques and optimizations.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders (including executives)

- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Proficient or working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere and Photoshop or similar software.

-Familiarity with real-time rendering engines, and an interest in how engine tools and features can impact a final product.

- A keen interest in staying updated on industry trends

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Live shoot experience

-Familiarity with project management tools such as Shotgrid, Wrike or Jira is preferred.
