Job Description

Your goal is to assist the Creative Operations team in marrying technology and best
practices to engineer scalable systems and workflows that empower Shared Services to
produce effective, data-driven, localized, iterative deliverables across multiple campaigns
and products from highly designed creative. Additionally, you will have a focus on asset
management, both in assisting with the day-to-day management and in looking for workflow enhancements to foster scalability within this team. We are looking for someone who is curious, creatively driven, has a solid understanding of code and is insanely detail-oriented. A great candidate will be driven to uncover new insights and possibilities through exploration and experimentation, while also leveraging cutting-edge creative knowledge and technology.
In this role, you will
Support daily asset management
Accurate and timely ingest of both new and backlog assets.
Metadata creation and organization, including QCing records.
Help prioritize workflows according to holistic project deadlines and
organizational needs.
Support queries and render requests from various internal and external
production partner users.
Assist with render status tracking and delivery via the teams project
management system.
Coordinate with Producers, Production Coordinators, Designers, and Production
Artists as needed to define asset needs and support marketing asset
production.
Develop and implement creative technology solutions:
Help solve production challenges and optimize production workflows to find
efficiencies and identify potential roadblocks early on.
Research, develop, implement, and facilitate creatively-driven technology
solutions that help connect and automate our various platforms and data.
Develop tech specs and documentation for these solutions.
Code solutions internally using tool connectors and APIs and when a solution is
beyond your expertisemanage other teams or external vendors to develop it.
Work with leads, IT, Infosec, and Legal, as needed, to get clarity and approval on
critical pieces.
General support:
Assist with the administration and troubleshooting of creative
operations/production tools such as: Adobe, Figma, color management,
production tools, creative automation platforms, font management tools, DAM
and BAM tools, etc.
Provide light desktop support to our contractors as needed.
Serve as a liaison between IT, Infosec, and Shared Services, creating
partnerships with those teams wherever possible.
Recognize and resolve problems and pivots inhibiting successful project
outcomes, either by working directly with the team and stakeholders or, if
unresolvable at that level, by escalating to your lead.

Required Skills & Experience

57 years in creative technology or IT.
Experience with metadata and usage of digital collections or a background
managing other data workflows.
A keen eye for details and the ability and willingness to QC a myriad of assets.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Personabledevelops relationships to foster excellent communication and a team
environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to work collaboratively, as well as independently, in a fast-paced,
deadline-oriented environment to meet deliverablesand even find a more efficient
path forward
Understanding of publishing, advertising, marketing, gaming, or project
management practices is a plus.
Self-starter, you approach challenges creatively and methodically and exhibit
amazing problem-solving skills daily to find resolutions
