The CRM Specialist will be responsible for the overall strategy and best practices for all email execution across all brands. 30% of their time will be spent managing weekly promotion executions. This will include start to finish strategy for all promotions. They will make decisions around content, partner with the brand teams to check for accuracy, handle the briefs and documentation as well as the QA. 50% of their time will be spent working on automation experience, both new and enhancements. The last 20% of their time is dedicated to the management/being a SME centered around data -- setting business requirements around data as well as ensuring data quality. This person will report to the CRM Manager.
